 Mrs. Lauren Nelson has a Masters in Elementary Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Special & Elementary Education. Mrs. Nelson has been at MVCA since 2007.  She is originally from Arlington, SD and attends Providence Reformed Church in Vermillion, SD. Lauren is married to David and they have three children.  Mary (MVCA '14), Beatrice (MVCA '17), and Fredrick. 
When asked the question: Why Christian Education, she replied: "I am touching eternity.... there is nothing more humbling, but also, nothing more motivating to make me strive to be the best teacher each and every day." 

 Mrs. Kathrine Stevens has a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education and Special Education from Indiana Wesleyan University. Mrs. Stevens has been a fixture at MVCA since 2009. Prior to MVCA, Mrs. Stevens taught at Mitchell Christian School.

Mrs. Stevens lives in Meckling with her husband Drew, and their 2 children Emerson and June.
When asked the question: Why Christian Education, she replied: "It is a blessing each and every day to set foot in a school knowing that the Word of God is being taught in every single classroom. We are preparing and educatiing students for life, but more importantly for eternity. There is no better calling than that!" 

Mrs. Kotalik teaches 1st-3rd grades. 

Ms. Tripp is our kindergarten teacher.
